On the last date of hearing, there was a direction for listing of the present writ petition with WPC No.5413/2024, however, the said writ petition has been disposed of on 22/01/2025. 3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition is for a direction to the Janpad Panchayat to consider and decide the application Annexure P-8 moved by the petitioner/Samiti for allotment of lease of Manpur Reservior for fish farming within stipulated period as per circular of the government. He further submits that the WPC No.5413/2024 has already been disposed of with a direction to the Janpad Panchayat to forward the resolution passed on 25/09/2024 to the Deputy Director Fisheries and there was a direction that the Deputy Director shall consider the objection or case of the petitioner therein before taking any action on the resolution forwarded by the Janpad Panchayat. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the intervenor submits that the grievance of the petitioner as well as the intervenor will be redressed if the Janpad Panchayat will be 3 directed to forward the action/resolution taken by the Janpad Panchayat to the Deputy Director Fisheries. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the both the parties, perused the relief sought by the petitioner and the order, by which, the WPC No.5413/2024 has been disposed of. 6. While disposing of WPC No.5413/2024, there was a direction to the Janpad Panchayat to forward the resolution passed on 25/09/2024 to the Deputy Director Fisheries and the Deputy Director Fisheries was directed to consider the objection or case of the petitioner in the WPC No.5413/2024, hence, the present writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the Janpad Panchayat to forward the resolution passed on 25/09/2024 to the Deputy Director Fisheries within a period of 15 days from today and the Deputy Director Fisheries shall consider the objection of the present writ petitioner as well as the intervenor(Banjari Dai Machhwa Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Raipur) along with the petitioner of the WPC No.5413/2024, and thereafter, the Deputy Director Fisheries, after hearing all the parties, directed to take steps and pass necessary order within a period of 25 days from the date of forwarding the proposal by the Janpad Panchayat. 7.
