The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing the services of the petitioners even though they are eligible and as agreed and acknowledged by the respondent No.2 as per the agreement dated 09.10.2010 and also as per the action taken report vide proceedings APTDC/Admn/P3/2010/140, dated 14.10.2012, of the respondent No.2. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been working in the 2nd respondent corporation in housekeeping

department for the last so many years on contract basis and they were all taken into service between the years from 2001 to 2004. Ever since, they have been discharging their duties but their cases were not considered so far for regularization. Hence, they made so many representations but they became in vain. 4. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent relying upon the counter of the 2nd respondent submits that the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.Ms.No.114, Finance (HR-I Plg. & Policy) Department, dated 21.10.2023 in the matter of regularization of services of contract personnel. He further submits that in view of the long services rendered by the contract personnel for regularization of their services, considering the rendering of service and experience acquired, the above said G.O. has been issued for regularization of their services subject to fulfillment of certain conditions mentioned therein. The individual cases of the petitioners will be considered in the light of the above said G.O.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the individual cases of the petitioners on making separate applications enclosing all the necessary documents in support of their claim to the respondent herein within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
On receipt of the said individual application, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the each application of the petitioners on merits in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.114

dated 21.10.2023 and the existing legal position as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of this order. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
