G V S KISHORE KUMAR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing G.O.Ms.No.47, dated 23-08-2018, and consequential G.O.Rt.No.247, dated 23-08-2018, by following rule of reservation while promoting the Deputy Executive Engineers as Executive Engineers in 3rd respondent Corporation contrary to this Honourable Court order in WP No.13097 of 2018 and Hononurable Apex Court Judgment in Civil Appeal No.2368 of 2011 and Batch (2017 4 SCC 620) and SLP No.30621 of 2011 and Batch (2018 Law Suit (SC) 943), in spite of the petitioner representation dated 19-01-2018 and 28-09-2018 to the respondents herein, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to law, violation of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 16 and 335 of the Constitution of India and without jurisdiction and consequently set aside G.O.Ms.No.47, dated 23-08-2018, and consequential G.O.Rt.No.247, dated 23-08- 2018, issued by the 1st respondent and also any consequential orders and further direct the respondents herein to implement the above Judgments of Honourable Apex Court as otherwise the petitioner will suffer serious loss and great hardship.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the matter may be disposed of as the relief sought by the Petitioner has become infructuous. 3. Sri R.V.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Government Pleader for School Education would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
