Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- a) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Deputy District Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj to permit the petitioner to reconstruct his old house situate at Abadi Land No. 224 of revenue village Mailaha, Pargana Shikandara, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj as per report dated 03.04.2019 submitted by the Tehsildar Phoolpur in case of any obstruction by anyone may be directed to take legal course. It is further prayed that during the pendency of the above noted writ petition, the respondent no. 2 may be directed to decide the application dated 08.02.2019 by speaking and reasoned order within specific period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court. 3. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Subhash Chandra Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Surya Narayan .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel placed before this Court Instructions dated 22.02.2020 received under the signatures of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, Prayagraj, the same is taken on record. Along with the aforesaid Instructions, an order dated 20.02.2020 was also placed before the Court by which the representation of the petitioner has been decided, copy of the aforesaid order has also provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 4. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as having become infructuous with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum. 5.
