1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondents to release the amount of running bill of AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.01.21 15:05:34 +0530
2 Rs.8,83,872/- as well as security deposit and performance guarantee, as the petitioner has completed the work awarded to him by the respondent No.2.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the work has been completed in the year 2017, however, the amount of running bill is not being released by the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that the undisputed amount which is pending under the running bill, as stated by the petitioner, the same shall be released within a period of fourteen days.
4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties.
5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to release the undisputed amount of the petitioner within a period of fourteen days.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
disposed of. SD/-
