The Management’s request is that Respondent No.3 may follow the due procedure laid down in law to take a decision with regard to the pay fixation of the Petitioner, strictly in accordance with the pay commission recommendations. 3. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and carry out the pay fixation of the Petitioner’s pay scale within a period of 45 days from today keeping in view that the Petitioner is a 72 years aged retired employee.
