This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 3.2.2025 passed by the Appellate Court by which order dated 15.7.2024 passed by the Tehsildar in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been set aside and the matter has been remanded for passing the order afresh. 3. In view of the above, I do not find any infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below. 4. The writ petition lacks merit and, is accordingly, dismissed.
