ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition is filed seeking direction to the appellate authority for passing orders. In the light of the interim orders, the appeal was disposed of rejecting his claim. Learned counsel would further submit that the petition may be
disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the appellate authority.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the appellate authority, according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
