Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to call for record of the case and quash the order dated 11.02.2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial)-1, Agra Division, Agra, respondent no.2 (Annexure No.5 to the writ petition). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in dispute (plot no. 201 area 0.486 situated in village-Deva, Tehsil-Jasrana, District-Firozabad)." 3. Patta was granted to the opposite party in the year 1980. The proceedings for cancellation of patta were initiated and the same was decided in favour of the private respondents by order dated 25.01.2008. The petitioner claims that the patta was granted to the petitioner in the year 2005. The petitioner filed a revision against the order dated 25.01.2008 in the year 2018 and the same has been rejected on the ground that neither the petitioner was not a party to the original proceedings nor the patta holder. 4. Since the petitioner has been granted patta in the year 2005, she has no locus to challenge the patta which has been granted earlier and has been affirmed by the court below, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
