Heard and considered. 3. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the applicant and considering that two years are lapsed since passing of the bail order dated 31.08.2023; that order dated 31.08.2023 was passed after hearing the respective parties; that scope of bail cancellation is limited, therefore, looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, [2025:RJ-JP:41684] (2 of 2) [CRLBC-101/2024] this Court is not inclined to allow the present bail cancellation application. 4.
