Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to pay amount of A.C.P. and Group Insurance of the petitioner during the service period till 28.02.2016 including 8% rate of interest till date of actual payment. ii.Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to refix pension of the petitioner. iii. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to pass speaking and reasoned order upon the representation dated 11.02.2025 (vide annexure no. 2 of this writ petition)." The petitioner retired on 28.02.2016. The writ petition has been filed in the year 2025. No satisfactory cause for the delay and laches on part of the petitioner has been shown. The writ petition is barred by delay and laches. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Shri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 is present.
