[2025:RJ-JP:16831] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1192/2025 Muzibur Raza S/o Abdul Wahid, Aged About 38 Years, Resident Of Near Priyadarshan School, Govind Nagar Circle Tehsil Ladpura, District Kota, Rajasthan. ----Petitioner Versus 1. The State Of Rajasthan, Through The Principal Secretary, Medical And Health Department, Government Of Rajasthan, Secretariat, Jaipur. 2. The Director, State Health And Family Welfare Institution, Rajasthan, Jaipur. 3. The Director (Non-Gazetted), Medical And Health Services, Rajasthan, Tilak Marg, Swasthya Bhawan, Jaipur. 4. The Chief Medical And Health Officer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Syed Saadat Ali Ms. Uzma Ilyas, Ms. Aafreen Rizvi Mr. Nadeem Qadeer For Respondent(s) : Mr. Prakhar Jain for Mr. Archit Bohra, AGC HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 22/04/2025 1. Heard counsel for petitioner and perused the material available on record. 2. Petitioner has raised a grievance for not awarding 10 bonus marks on the basis of Experience Certificate dated 30.06.2018 (Ann-6), due to which petitioner has been deprived to get appointment on the post of Nursing Officer pursuant to advertisement dated 05.05.2023. 3. This is an undisputed fact that pursuant to the advertisement dated 05.05.2023, benefit of bonus marks was extended to the aspirants on the basis of guidelines issued by the Government of [2025:RJ-JP:16831] (2 of 2) [CW-1192/2025] Rajasthan dated 25.04.2023, which provides for counting the period of experience of service rendered during Covid-19 period from 22.03.2020 to 13.02.2022. The Experience Certificate dated 30.06.2018 has been issued by the concerned Authority for the period from 01.10.2008 to 11.01.2010. Counsel for petitioner miserably failed to show that under which guidelines or Circular of the State Government, petitioner is entitled for bonus marks on the basis of Experience Certificate dated 30.06.2018. 4. Thus, the entitlement for grant of 10 bonus marks on the basis of Experience Certificate is without substance and since without grant of bonus marks, petitioner does not fall in merit, therefore, the writ petition is hereby dismissed. 5. Stay application and other pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J NITIN /3
