By way of present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but seeking direction as to direct the respondent authorities for removal of illegal obstruction and reopening of a Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.08.23 12:38:07 +0530 2 traditional public path (नि9स्तारी रास्ता) situated in Housing Board Colony, Joratal, District Kabirdham. The path has been unlawfully blocked, resulting in denial of access to agricultural lands of the petitioner and other farmers. Despite repeated representations and an application dated 28.10.2024, no relief has been provided. The Respondent- Housing Board has made false submissions claiming the road is open, which is false, hence this petition. 2. Learned counsel for respondents opposed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, instead of keeping this petition pending, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition directing the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the respondents No. 2 & 4 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in turn the respondent No. 2 & 4 shall decide the same after verification of the facts in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. 5.
