The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 17/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64/351(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 of POCSO Act, though charge has been submitted under sections 64(2)(m)/351(2) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of informant to leave her lawful guardianship with an intention to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties have settled their dispute. This also appears to be case of adolescence love affairs between the parties. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Ahilyapur P.S.
