The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that going by Clause 2 of Ext.P11 notification, applications for correction of details in Ext.P1 certificate can be entertained, if the records are available and based on directions to be issued by this Court. 3. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that if the petitioner makes a proper application to the 2nd respondent, the same can be considered in accordance with the law subject to the availability of records. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent- Public 2025:KER:28883 W.P.(C)No.8088 of 2025 4 Service Commission, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing that if the petitioner makes an application in the proper format before the 2nd respondent for correction of details in Ext.P1 certificate subject to the availability of necessary records, the 2nd respondent shall take steps to issue a corrected certificate to the petitioner. It will also be open to the 2nd respondent to require the petitioner to remit such fee, as may be necessary, for the purposes of carrying out the correction. The 2nd respondent shall endeavor to consider the matter as directed above, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Sd/- GOPINATH P.
