JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 12/05/2025 The present petition is filed assailing the impugned order dated 04.01.2022 and order dated 16.01.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there are specific allegations leveled in the FIR against Pravindra, Gopal and Ramavtaar, despite this no charges are farmed against them. Furthermore, it is submitted that orders passed by the learned Trial Court has not denied the fact qua contradictory statements with regard to presence/involvement of above named persons, which imply that above named persons are involved in inflicting injury upon the victim. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of concurring nature of judgments, this Court has opined that [2025:RJ-JP:19790] (2 of 3) [CRLMP-1372/2025] statements by the witnesses has not specified the injury caused by the above named persons, individually, that from the statements of the witnesses and injured himself has not justified the specific presence of the above named persons other than Vikas, therefore this Court is not inclined to interfere with the present petition.
