The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 292, 293, 318(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4, 5 &7 of the Immoral Trafficking Act, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. On 07.09.2025, at about 3:30 P.M., Lalpur police on the basis of confidential information raided the premises of Om Girls Hostel located in Landmark Lane, Ranchi. It is alleged that racket of prostitution was being run from there. Several accused persons including this petitioner were apprehended from place of occurrence. It was submitted that petitioner was not caught doing any illegal activity at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
