Present applicant is in judicial custody in relation to Case Crime No. 307 of 2024, Police Station – Khanpur, District – Haridwar wherein applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 103 (1), 238, 3 (5), 311 of BNS. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated only on the disclosure of his name by other co-accused. He further submits that there is no independent witness and the alleged recovery of two cheques of the deceased, which was shown to be recovered from the present applicant is planted one. 5. On the basis of written instructions, Mr. V.S. Pal, learned AGA for the State, submits that amount of Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 20,000/- were transferred from the mobile of deceased to the mobile of the applicant – Ankit through UPI. 6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after gone through the FIR and written instructions received by AGA, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. 7.
