When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader filed a status report dated 10.3.2026 of the respondent, wherein it is categorically stated that the encroachment by means of pathway was removed by the Tahsildar, Vridhachalam in the presence of the Block Development Officer, Kammapuram on 24.2.2026 and the canal poramboke land were restored to its original position as “Channel Poramboke”.
