The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 41/2024 arising out of Namkum (Kharsidag) P.S. Case No. 124/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 15(c), 18(b), 22(c), 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XI, Ranchi. 3. On 04.04.2024, Namkum Police, on the basis of confidential information intercepted Trailer bearing Registration No. RJ19- GD9700. On search, 1586 Kgs of poppy husks were recovered from the said vehicle. 4. The petitioner is the driver of the said vehicle. 5. Considering the fact that that the commercial quantity of the poppy husks was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
