Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the settlement has been effected inter se the parties at the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, as per settlement deed dated 28.05.2025 made by the Mediator. 2. Both the learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter be disposed of in terms of the said settlement. 3. As such, the present petition is disposed of as having been compromised inter se the parties. 4. However, it is made clear that both the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions settled in the settlement deed dated 28.05.2025. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
