By way of the present petition, the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the Secretary, Urban Administration and Development Department, Raipur. 2. Brief facts as reflected from the record are that the petitioner was suspended on 11.11.2024 vide Annexure P/1 by the Under Secretary, Urban Administration and Development Department. He has preferred appeal before the Secretary, Urban Administration and Development Department, Raipur. In the meanwhile, he has been served with the charge-sheet in the month of December, 2024. He has filed this petition with prayer that the appellate authority may be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously. 3. Since the petitioner has been served with charge-sheet, it is directed that the Inquiry Officer shall complete the inquiry proceeding and the Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal expeditiously. 4.
