The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayers:
"a) Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation, dated 14.08.2023, vide Annexure -'F': b) Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the Dispute No:KIC/8824/APL/2022 within the period of 45 days from the judgment of this Hon'ble Court, Annexure - 'E'; c) And pass such other order or relief as this authority deems good and fit on the facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. The petitioner has sought certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short referred to as 'RTI Act') in respect of several entries of agricultural land situated at Dundanahalli Village, Athaguru Hobli, Mandya District. When the information was not given to the petitioner, he filed the

The First Appellate Authority directed respondent No.3- the Pubic Information Officer to provide the requisite information as sought by the petitioner in the application filed under Section 7 of the RTI Act. In pursuance to the said direction, the Public Information Officer has passed an order stating that the information sought by the petitioner is not available. Against the said order, the petitioner filed a Second Appeal before respondent No.1, which is pending as per Annexure-E.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts, I propose to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.1 to consider and take necessary decision on the appeal (Annexure-E) expeditiously and in accordance with the law, preferably within a period of two months.
