The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 299/2015 (S) arising out of Balidih P.S. Case No. 177/2013, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 341/34 of the I.P.C. subsequently charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 325, 326, 307 & 302 of the I.P.C. and charge has been framed under Sections 323/34, 324/34, 307/34 & 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-1, Bokaro. 3. On 24.11.2013, the named accused persons are alleged to have assaulted some persons in Barat party. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and co-accused persons. It was further submitted that other co- accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-1, Bokaro in connection with S.T. Case No. 299/2015 (S) arising out of Balidih P.S. Case No. 177/2013. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
