The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs, seeking withdrawal of the present suit. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs submits that the parties have with the intervention of well-wishers and on their own free will, have amicably resolved and settled all disputes and differences arising out of the subject matter of the present case. It is submitted that pursuant to the amicable settlement, the parties executed a Settlement Agreement dated 06th February, 2026, which records the complete understanding and terms mutually agreed between them. The copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 06th February, 2026 has been placed before this Court. 4. This Court records the statement on behalf of learned counsels appearing for the parties that the settlement has been arrived at voluntarily, without any force, coercion, undue influence or any misrepresentation, and the parties are fully satisfied with the same. 5. Accordingly, considering the aforesaid, the plaintiffs are allowed to withdraw the present suit. 6. The present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 7. The pending applications also stands disposed of. 8. In view of the settlement between the parties, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of full Court Fees to the plaintiffs.
