It is pleaded that as they are in possession, they may not be dispossessed. Further, the petitioners are not aggrieved with -4- any order or any show cause notice. 4) Taking into consideration the fact there is no order with regard to eviction & no notice has been issued in this regard, the petitioners have approached this Court merely on apprehension, therefore, in my opinion, no case is made out for grant of any relief, Accordingly this writ petition is hereby dismissed. 5) However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh petition if cause of action survives in future.
