In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and on the basis of his instructions states that an order dated 15/16.03.2024 has been passed by the Additional District Judge / Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Gorakhpur which has also been forwarded by the District Judge / Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Gorakhpur rejecting the claim of the applicant on the ground that the Family Court, Gorakhpur had reported that the applicant had not worked as Conciliator / Mediator on a single day after she had been appointed as such. The order dated 15/16.03.2024 is taken on record and shall form part of the records of the case. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum and it is not a case to institute proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
