This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) Set aside the ex-parte order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the Civil Judge (J.D)/Fast Track Court, Court No. 1, Bareilly, in the Original Suit No. 361 of 2024 in the matter of Pappu and Others Vs Smt. Shahjahan and Others. ii) Set aside the entire proceedings of the Original Suit No. 361 of 2024 in the matter of Pappu and Others Vs Smt. Shahjahan and Others, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D)/ Fast Track Court, Court No. 1, Bareilly." The prayers made in the writ petition cannot be granted. The petitioners who are defendants in the suit have a remedy of filing an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC.
