By this petition, petitioner herein has sought jurisdiction of this Court vested under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction upon the respondents not to harass or call the petitioner unnecessarily without registration of any FIR against the petitioner and in absence of any enquiry pending against the petitioner. Under the aforesaid circumstances, coupled with the submissions made at bar, no fruitful purpose shall be served by retaining the present petition, as such, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the petitioners shall not be called in the Police Station in absence of any FIR or enquiry pending before the concerned Police Station.
