Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the said deletion, till date no amount has been paid to the petitioner in terms of the judgment. 3. Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG submits that as the Class (iii) of the Government Order dated 28.02.2026 has been deleted, the amount, due to the petitioner, shall be released in his favour within a period of two months. 4. Accordingly, we close the instant contempt proceedings with a liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived, in the event, the judgment of this Court is not complied with in its letter and spirit as assured by Sr. AAG.
