Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 8, 17, 18 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Rasikesh Kumar, learned Special Judge, NDPS, Khunti. 3. It was submitted that 100 grams of opium were recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the seized opium comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rasikesh Kumar, learned Special Judge, NDPS, Khunti, in connection with Maranghada P.S.
