The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunupr to decide the revision No. 1448 of 2023-24 (Old No. 0975 of 2023) (Manoj Kumar Vs. Sita Ram) under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act within stipulated period which may fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that title revision filed on behalf of petitioner filed in August 2023 against the order of appellate Court dated 7.7.2023 is pending for disposal before respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur. He further placed the copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the aforementioned title revision after affording opportunity of hearing to both parties expeditiously preferably within period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
