It is apparent that the present writ petition is with reference to challenge to the provisional assessment carried out by the respondent No. 3. We are of the view that the writ petition is premature in nature and is accordingly dispose it of with a direction upon the petitioner to file his objection/representation before the authority concerned. If such an objection/representation is filed within a period of two weeks from date, the authority concerned is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
