The present writ petition is filed for directing the respondent no.2 to decide the promotion of the petitioner to the post of Lecturer (economics). After notice the respondents have filed their counter affidavit. In the counter affidavit they have stated that based on the request made by the petitioner for promotion to the post of Lecturer (Economics), the Finance and Accounts Officer of the office of District Inspector of Schools, Hatharas, has raised certain objections. The fourth-respondent Committee of Management has submitted its reply on 06.01.2016. On perusal of the said reply the petitioner is fully eligible for grant of promotion to the post of Lecturer (Economics). Further, they have also stated that the 50 percent are meant for promotion, accordingly, the post which is existing is for promotees and petitioner is otherwise eligible for the effect of promotion. 3. Considering the said facts the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents particularly the first and second- respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Lecturer (Economics) as per the proposals submitted by the Committee of Management dated 06.01.2016 and take appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
