The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused of marry her. 4. It appears that parties were in consensual relationship for last two years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
