The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 170/2024 arising out of Rania P.S. Case No. 56/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 5704/2024 vide order dated 16.10.2024. 4. On 12.10.2023, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons abducted cousin of the informant namely Patras Topno (Dadu) and murdered him. 5. It appears that while the petitioner and co-accused persons were going to dispose of the murder weapon, they were apprehended. The petitioner was found in injured condition and murder weapon was being carried out by co- accused Polikarp Bhengra and the accused persons were apprehended together. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that charge has been framed in this case and the prosecution has not examined a single witness. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected once again. (AmbujNath, J.) Rahul/-
