1. Looking to the disputed question of facts involved in this case, the parties are litigating since year 2017 and at this stage, it seems that the parties should have filed an appropriate suit before the concerned civil jurisdictional Court for redressal of their grievances. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents are of the view that deciding the dispute in this matter, it would be appropriate to file a suit before the competent civil jurisdictional Court, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the petitioner, the petitioner
3 only is entitled to get the properties of his father and the private respondents are not related to him. 3. Be that as it may, the parties are directed to approach before the concerned civil jurisdictional Court for redressal of their grievance as the matter involves disputed question of facts which can only be decided by the concerned civil jurisdictional Court while leading evidence of the parties.
In view of the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the parties are directed to file appropriate suit before the concerned civil jurisdictional Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Vishakha
