Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 09.09.2024. (2 of 2) [CRES-1257/2024] Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the applicant-appellant and for the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration, the same is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court Munshi Sangh, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur.
