2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to decide the representation dated 15.09.2023 submitted before the Chief Secretary and Additional Secretary School Education Department. Mahanadi Bhawan. Mantralaya, Capital Complex, Atal Nagar, Nawa Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh submitted by the petitioner herein; 10.2 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to issue clarification with respect to the status of the trachers/ Headmaster who have been posted in consonance with order dated 04.09.2023 & interim order dated 11.09.2023 and 13.09.2023 with respect to the current situation: 10.3 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to allow the concerned teachers/Headmaster who have been given new place of posting by
order dated 04.09.2023 to join at their respective place on marking their join under protest or allow them to join at places where they were posted prior to issuance of amended posting order dated 04.09.2023 10.4 That Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly grant any other writ/ writs,
order/ orders, relief/ reliefs in favour of the
3 petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, instant writ petition has become infructuous.
