After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an application under section 17 of the SARFAESI Act before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ranchi.
2. No objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank.
3. Under the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file necessary application before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Ranchi which shall be disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.
4. Accordingly, W.P.(C) No.5671 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
