The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.2.2024 passed by the respondent no. 1 in case no. 1235 of 2023 computer case no. C202314000001235 Kapildev and others Vs. Phoolmatiya and others u/s 210 U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 (Annexure.no.1 to the writ petition);" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioners have an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
