ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation in Crime No.406 of 2018 dated 21-10-2018 on the file of II town Police Station, Vijayawada and the Crime No.529 of 2018 dated 26-09-2018 on the file of Ptamata Police satation, Vijayawada to 5th respondent to conduct the investigation in the perspective manner and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri B.Sreenivasa Rao , learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that the case was referred as false, vide C. No. 252/Ref/ACP-WD/2019, dated 12.05.2019, and subsequently, a notice was served on the complainant and a final report was also filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
