The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in W.P. (C) No. 3551 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied by the opposite parties. 3. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties is hereby dropped. 4.
