This criminal revision is filed by the revisionists/accused for quashing of the impugned judgment and order dated 07.01.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pithoragarh passed in Criminal Appeal No. 28 of 2024 as well as judgment and order dated 29.04.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharchula, District Pithoragarh passed in Criminal Case No. 107 of 2022 under Section 394 & 411 qua the revisionists in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. In view of the fact that a Compounding Application was filed by the parties, this Court, vide order dated 18.03.2025, had directed the parties to appear before the Secretary, District 2025:UHC:2485 2 Legal Services Authority, Pithoragarh in order to get their statements recorded and to verify the compromise deed. 3. Pursuant to such order, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Pithoragarh has submitted the report which clearly indicates that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and have also verified the contents of the compromise deed. 4. In view of the above, Compounding Application (IA No.1/2025) is hereby allowed. As a consequence thereof, the impugned judgment and order dated 07.01.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pithoragarh passed in Criminal Appeal No. 28 of 2024 as well as judgment and order dated 29.04.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharchula, District Pithoragarh passed in Criminal Case No. 107 of 2022 under Section 394 & 411 are hereby set aside qua the revisionists. 5. Present criminal revision is disposed of in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties. (Vivek Bharti Sharma, J.) 03.04.2025 Mamta
