2. Learned High Court Government Pleader raises an objection that the impugned order is an order passed by the Tahsildar, Bagepalli Taluk, pursuant to the orders passed by the Deputy Commissioner in terms of Annexure- K. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved of the order passed by the Tahsildar, he will have to approach the Assistant Commissioner invoking Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (for short, 'the Act').
3. Upholding the submissions of the learned High Court Government Pleader, the petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Assistant Commissioner invoking Section 136(2) of the Act.
4. Office is hereby
directed to return the original/certified copies to the petitioners while retaining a copy of the same for the file.
