ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the high handed action of the 3rd respondent in issuing instruction vide proceedings Rc.No.852/A3/2017 dated 26.10.2018 to the 4th respondent, consequently the 4th respondent issued letter Rc.No.2879/A3/2017 dated 03.11.2018 is arbitrary, bad and illegal, without jurisdiction, irrational and violation of Article 14 of The Constitution of India and also contrary to the Article 30(1) of The Constitution of India Consequently set aside the same in the interest of justice ...”

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the subject matter of this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.
