Petitioner has not worked from 2004 to at least 2008 and an explanation that she was not allowed to mark her attendance for such a long period without any substantial material was rejected being absolutely vague by the impugned order. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, Court is amazed as to how petitioner has worked or got salary till her superannuation without any order in regard to above referred break in service, therefore, without interfering with impugned order, while disposing of this writ petition, it is directed that Director of Education (Basic) will initiate inquiry not only against petitioner but against concerned B.S.A. also that under what circumstances, without considering above referred break in service, payment of salary was made 4.
