(R1,2 ARE NOT NECESSARY IN THIS PETITION) ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents are 2 not allowing the petitioner to perform the duty as Asha Worker in Dudaraguttapalli and Pulakuntapalli Villages, Amaduguru Mandal, Ananthapuramu District is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and without following due process of law and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to continue the petitioner as Asha Worker and regularized her post and pass such other order or orders. IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to allow the petitioner to perform the duty as Asha Worker in Dudaraguttapalli and Pulakuntapalli Villages, Amaduguru Mandal, Ananthapuramu District and pass such other order or orders. GP FOR MEDICAL HEALTH FW(AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: Learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare would submit in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents have conducted enquiry against the petitioner and based on the enquiry report, the petitioner was ordered to attend the duties as Asha Worker. Learned Government Pleader would further submit that from 29.12.2018 onwards, the petitioner has been performing her duties regularly and satisfactorily till to date. To that effect, a letter has been submitted by the petitioner that she is attending her regular duties satisfactorily. Learned 3 Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions issued by the 4th respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
