ORAL ORDER
1. In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the impugned notice dated 11.08.2022 (Annexure-A) and the notice dated 26.08.2022 (Annexure-B) with regard to the preliminary enquiry No.107/2022 issued by the Senior Inspector of Police, Housing-1, Economic Offences Wing, Opp. Crawford Market, Fort, Mumbai-1.
2. This Court by order dated 08.09.2022 has protected the interest of the petitioner herein, and the order reads as under:

" Issue emergent notice. Petitioner to appear before the police pursuant to notice in question. It is open to the respondent - Police to conduct the enquiry of the kind as mentioned in the subject notice. It is made clear that petitioners shall not be arrested and detained. However, they shall cooperate with enquiry as & when required."
3. Taking into consideration the factual aspects on record, I am of the view that, since the investigating agency - respondent is at Mumbai, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
