Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 304 of 2024 arising out of Dhanwar (Ghorthambha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Giridih. 3. The petitioner happens to be the brother-in-law of the deceased, Rehana Khatoon, who was murdered in her matrimonial home. The son of the deceased is the eyewitness of the occurrence. He has stated that the petitioner and three other persons have inflicted knife blow on the person of the deceased. 4.
